Orders ship on business days only, Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship on Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. See the Holiday Hours/Shipping tab on the left for Holiday shipping schedules.

Orders of $75.00 or more AND that weigh 10 pounds or less AND that are submitted, confirmed and paid for by 3:00 p.m. central standard time may qualify for same day shipping via UPS 1 Day.

Orders MUST be in and confirmed paid for by 3:00 p.m. central standard time Monday-Friday only, the order subtotal before shipping must be $75.00 or more and the final shipping package may weigh no more than 10 pounds.

Orders that come in after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the following working day, orders after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday will ship on the following Monday or next business day.

Orders on Friday before 3:00 p.m. will ship on Friday and will deliver on the following Monday as the 1 Day service is available for delivery Monday through Friday only and does NOT include Saturday or Sunday delivery.

This service is a value added service provided by our shipper and is subject to their final determination as to meeting all shipping criteria set forth in the above.

We reserve the right to modify the shipping from 1 Day to UPS Ground if the package does not meet the shipping restrictions set forth above.

NOTE: Some items will NOT qualify for this offer due to various reasons which include the item(s) being shipped from a different location that does not offer this shipping option. USPS Express Mail may be utilized as an alternate shipping option. In some instances Express Mail has a 2nd Day commitment for delivery because of their routing system and that is out of our control but is considered a valid next day delivery alternative for this service.

NOTE: Newly listed items or other items may have a default weight listed that is NOT accurate for the item. We reserve the right to hold or refuse shipment on any item(s) ordered that result in actual shipping charges in excess of 10% above the shipping charges invoiced at time of checkout. Items that are too large for regular UPS shipping and require freight trucking for shipment will require additional charges to be paid in order to ship the items unless the item invoices accurate shipping charges at checkout. Compressors and Heat Exchangers are some items that fall into this category and may result in additional shipping charges being paid BEFORE the item(s) will ship.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE, HOWEVER, THERE MAY BE SITUATIONS IN WHICH THIS CANNOT BE ADHERED TO. IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SHIP THE SAME DAY YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND/OR YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
