It is your responsibility to give accurate delivery address information, including apartment, building and suite numbers. We use the information you give us and we have no way of knowing if it is complete and accurate.
If we receive an item back as non-deliverable or addressee unknown, we will assess a 25% restocking fee, a $15.00 return fee and we will not refund the original shipping charges. You will be required to re-order the item in order for it to be shipped a second time.
If we are charged a fee from the shipper to correct your address you will be charged for that service.
